This will be my first time to join Food Trip Friday. Just looking all the linky photos at FTF it makes me drool!..yum..yum..
So, for my first entry lets "inuman na!"..my..actually "our" favorite pulutan is sizzling sisig..This photo was from 2011 during night out with my colleagues. Nope, I don't drink hard..I am happy to settle with San Mig light or the Tanduay ice.
What is Sisig?
Sisig is a traditional Filipino method of preparing meat.
The meat is diced and sautéed with onions, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice,
jalapeños and seasoned with salt, pepper, and other spices. Sisig is truly one
of the Philippines most delicious dishes.-
My share for food trip friday and thursday brownies.

We love sisig, but hubby and I prefer different kinds of sisig; he likes pork sisig, while I like bangus sisig. Here's my FTF entry: http://www.delightmyappetite.com/2012/03/maxs-introduces-new-heart-warming-flavors-for-lent/
