September is my favorate month! why? because that is my birth month and my baby too! Our birthday actually is just a day apart. Cool, right? so what we did in our birthday? Actually we celebrate it in advance. I filed a vacation leave in my work and we had our vacation in the summer capital of the my country, Baguio City. It was our first time and my baby enjoy it especially our horse back riding! We had a lot of fun for 3days. I'll just make a separate post for that.

The Beauty of Textiles

Beautiful fabrics are a great way to update the look of any room – attractive bedspreads, handsome quilts and elegant comforters can make an ordinary bedroom look fantastic. The great thing about decorating with textiles is that it’s easy to transform the look of a room in minutes without investing in new paint, wallpaper or new furniture.

Update a drab bathroom with fabric or lace shower curtains and matching window panels. Even the simple change to a new bath mat can add a splash of color to a mundane bathroom; towels are the obvious choice for introducing a new color, pattern or print. Experts recommend replacing bathroom textiles on a regular basis to help prevent the spread of mold and mildew anyway so it’s a great way to justify a change. When investing in a new shower curtain be sure to replace the liner at the same time; look for mildew resistant models as the liner is frequently exposed to water and remains damp for an extended period of time.

Updating a bedroom requires little more effort than making the bed – a new bed ensemble can transform the look of a dull bedroom in minutes. Modern bed ensembles typically include a comforter or quilt, a bed skirt and decorative pillow shams; today’s home fashions tend to be eclectic so most bed ensembles feature prints and patterns which coordinate perfectly while not matching precisely. It’s easy to achieve a professionally decorated look when you invest in a bed ensemble and much simpler then trying to pull together all of the individual components yourself.

L is for Lavatory

Its not my lavatory. Its the lavatory of someone

Hi everyone! another Wednesday again. If your joining ABC Wednesday we're on letter "L" already. My share for letter "L" is Lavatory. If there is one place inside the house that I love to clean that is the Lavatory. For some reason I just love lavatory and that follows washing the dishes. The second place that I like to clean inside the house is the comfort room/bathroom. Wierd huh? nevermind! (LOL)
