3 Pinoys Executed in China!

Today is sad day here in the Philippines because of the execution of 3 Pinoys in China for drug smuggling. I was watching TV Patrol and all news was all about this 3 Pinoys. Sally Ordinario-Villanueva, Ramon Credo and Elizabeth Batain was sentence to death thru lethal injection. Among the 3 only Sally's family is always interviewed. I feel sorry for Sally's children especially her eldest daughter which is graduating in High School as Salutatorian. Just imagine how she feels losing her mother. Their father is nowhere to found too. I really feel sad for the grieving family they left.

Lets just pray for the soul of this 3 pinoys and most especially pray for their grieving family. Our Government already done their part to save this three but to no avail. Well, we need also to respect China's Law. Hope this thing should give us a lesson especially to our OFW's. Again my condolences to the grieving family of Sally, Elizabeth and Ramon.

Hi everyone! hows your day?..mine is just fine. Yay! another round for ABC Wednesday and for this week we're on letter "K"..my entry for this "K" is my sister Kiana Kim. If you will see my side bar you can also see her and my daughter Iris. I super love my sister Kiana Kim. I was the one who give her that name actually. GM: Green Jersey

Hi everyone! hows your weekend?..me?..me and my lovelies join Earth Hour last Saturday March 26. Its time again for green Monday and my share is my set of Jersey uniform. We had this sportfest in my work place. I am not part of the basketball team actually..hehehe..just a cheerer. We just bug our employer to give us this uniform too. (LOL)

Thankful Thursday

With the not so good happening today in the world especially in Japan and in Libya we people who don't experience those turmoil is enough reason to be thankful right?

so for that thank you Lord.

On a personal level, I really had plenty of things to be thankful for this week. First off is My daughters christening last Sunday. As in thank you Lord! My baby is officially a Christian now. Thankful to the godparents who take the responsibility of second parent to my daughter.

..and today she turns 6months. Happy half a year old baby! those two is enough reason for me to be thankful to GOD. Also, after 5 months I saw my mother again. Another bonding time for us. Now that I am a mother I value my family and being with them with my baby delights me. Seeing my baby smiling with her grandparents and aunts is a treasured moment.

..and lastly thank you LORD for the joy of motherhood.

My HS Alma Mater

I graduated High School at Cartagena High School, Sipalay. It is Barangay High School actually. During my time estimated population is less than 500 student. The last time I visited our school was December last year during our 1st General Alumni Homecoming. That was the day this photo was taken. Place is still far from City schools but it has improvement. School has computer room already, an additional rooms was added. School is a lot bigger than our time. I think they are planning to add more rooms. Good to hear that becuase it means they can accept more student.

I had plenty of good memory from my HS days. It taught me a lot of things. How to handle hardship from my relatives. I had wonderful friends from that chapter in my life not to mention my puppy love..hahaha..I am always delighted reminiscing my HS days. Friends, place, my teachers and everything!

I is for I Do movie

  I Do movie is a romatic comedy film from Star Cinema. I borrowed my cousins DVD last night and watch it. I enjoyed the film it tackles about a guy with a chinese blood and a pure blooded filipina. Expect that the family of the guy will not favor the gal. They also show in this film teenage pregnancy pros and cons. I love the character of Jannus Del Prado one of Erich G. peers in the movie..everytime he utter a punchline makes me smile. It is also a first movie together of Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales.

Nope. I live in a tropical country and fireplace not needed.

.. :) I dont even know how to drive..not even a bicycle!

3. How many computers are in your home?
..none. Sometimes I just borrow laptop of my friend and do blogging on my spare time in my work (psstt,,quiet please)..I am now saving to buy at least netbook.

..hmmm...am a minimun wage earner..no withloding tax required.

Who is Shengkay?

Am not really a very good story teller of myself. Okay. Am into blogging actively for almost 4months now and this blog Shengkay Random Nest is exactly 1 week old today. My Shengkay's Journal blog is what I use before in joining WBFC.

Shengkay is a 29 year old never been married (buti na lang!) single mom to her 5months old daughter Iris whom she fondly call Rainbow (Iris really means Rainbow). Her Rainbow and sister Kiana completes her world. This 2 lovelies is her inspiration and motivation in life. She works 8-12hours a day as a regular employee in a transporation sector and do blogging in her spare time to keep her sanity and hoping to earn a little from it. Shengkay is from City of Smile Bacolod, home of Masskara Festival. Her real name is Sheryl. Her friend call her Sheng..and why Shengkay? she think its cute and unique..hahaha. Nope..her friends call her that way sometimes, sort of endearment.

For sure everyone is watching news about Japan 8.9 magnitude earthquake. We we're watching ANC news in my workplace. Tsunami hits Japan! OMG! if you just saw the video. As Toni Velasquez say its like supersonic fast..just imagine that..as of this hour 1822H PHL time from ANC there is 17 casualties already.

Yesterday, when I first heard that Japan encounter this 8.9 magnitude earthquake I was worried for my friend who is working there. He is actually working in a Ship..and then now, I saw a ship in TV already swept away by tsunami..my worry has doubled. I was texting him if they are okay, haven't receive any reply yet. I hope he is okay. It was mention in the news that Japan line communication has problem after this quake..so really praying that's he is okay.

After Japan earthquake PHL is in level 2 alert also of tsunami. The following provinces will be in Tsunami alert. Unsual waves will be experience around 1700H-1900H (PHL time)
